2. Proposal to ‘Statement of Works’. If you agree with the proposal and quote, we ask you a few more questions to complete another document, the Statement of Works (SoW) which outlines everything we will do (and won’t do!) and the resources we’ll need from you – your part in the project. We’ll provide you with your navigation and content design, along with the other deliverables (e.g. style guide, training, etc.) agreed on in the SoW. List of our services: about us.

3. Acceptance. We outline the fortnightly payment schedule and commence work to the SoW list of deliverables.
4. Extra non-documented work. Upon completion of the SoW, Red Bridge Web offers a flat rate, hourly or per-job project rates, for any further work that may be required.
